Guarantee conditions
The manufacturer (Grupa Topex Sp.zo.o. Sp. K., ul. Pograniczna 2/4, 02-285 Warsaw, PL) grants a guarantee of up to 25 years on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise. The period for calculating the guarantee period begins on the invoice date. The manufacturer's warranty extends spatially to the country of the Federal Republic of Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer, as the guarantor, grants one of the following services under the guarantee of his choice
· Free repair of the goods or
· Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent article (if necessary also a new product m. similar characteristics, if the original goods are no longer available)

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods
- improper or improper treatment
- Environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust etc.)
- Failure to observe any safety precautions
- Failure to observe the operating instructions
- Use of force (e.g. blow, shock, fall)
- unauthorized attempts to repair
- normal wear
The guarantee does not include:
a. Reduction adapter, since these can easily be damaged (screwed) with a too large moment, which is achieved by ratchets with larger pins. Particular care must be taken during work that requires the use of adapters.
b. Damage to the end pieces of screwdrivers and screwdrivers that result from natural wear
c. Screwdrivers that are damaged due to the use of excessive torque that causes the material to twist, break, or crumble.
d. Bent or damaged screw shanks, as these are the clear result of their improper use, including as a hammer, lever, chisel.
e. Attachments, BIT attachments with rounded edges or with clear traces of impact (scratches, cracks, dents) in the area of ??the guide rail, which clearly indicate their use in connection with compressed air keys or other mechanical drives. The cooperation of the elements described in point 9e in connection with compressed air keys leads to their rapid damage.
f. Ratchets and keys that have notches and damage that indicate the clear use of hammers or other improper tools towards them.
G. Lock mechanisms of ratchets, provided that their damage is the result of their natural wear.
H. Mechanical damage to the product or one of its components,
i. Requirements based on the technical product parameters, provided these correspond to the manufacturer's information
j. Damage or defects resulting from improper use, storage or maintenance,
k. Consequences of independent repairs, conversions or design changes made by the user or third parties,
l. Damage caused indirectly or directly as a result of external events such as fire, flood, lightning and the like. Ä. have arisen.
The guarantor The guarantor is not liable for damage to property or health that results from the use of the tool and is a consequence of its improper use contrary to its intended use or the use stipulated by the manufacturer.
A claim under the guarantee service presupposes that the guarantor is able to check the guarantee case by sending in the goods. It is important to ensure that damage to the transport route is avoided by appropriate packaging.
In the case of a tool set, the warranty covers only the damaged product and not the entire set
To apply for the guarantee, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice of the consignment. We ask for your understanding that the manufacturer can refuse the guarantee without enclosing this copy of the invoice. Sending the copy of the invoice serves to calculate the guarantee period. Furthermore, you must provide the name and address of the seller, unless this is shown in the attached invoice copy.
If the claim is justified, the guarantee will be processed carriage paid for you. Any shipping costs you may have paid will then be reimbursed by the guarantor.
Note:
This guarantee promise does not limit your legal rights against us from the purchase contract concluded with us. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights vis-à-vis us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
If the purchased item is defective, you can therefore always contact us within the scope of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether a warranty case exists or the warranty is claimed.
