Yes, you will receive a shipment link by email when the goods are shipped, which you can use to track your order online.
In some cases, the shipment can be tracked online only 3-4 hours after receiving the shipment link.
You are welcome to return the ordered goods within 30 days. Before that, please ask us for the return label by phone or email.
Please enclose the return label and a short note to the package, with the request for refund of the purchase price or exchange in the appropriate size.
The refund of the purchase price will be paid back via the payment method you originally paid with.
